Maintenance plan hours do not roll over or accrue. All pricing excludes any applicable fees for hosting (unless included), domain registrations, SSL certificates, third-party plugins and themes, subscriptions, stock images, stock videos, clipart, or other products and services that may be required. Reasonable effort will be made to utilize available free, open-source, or low cost solutions to meet requirements when possible. Any of the items listed previously or other items that are recommended by us or requested by you will be fully explained and presented for approval prior to purchase or use. In many cases, the use of third party plugins, themes, or services can lower the overall development costs of your project. Please Note: change orders or additions to the initial scope of a project after begun could result in delayed delivery timeline and higher costs; in some instances additional costs can be significant.
